How It Works
- You sign up and upload your resume, specifying your education, work experience and target industry.
- We notify reviewers. Within minutes, a qualified reviewer reserves your resume to critique it. Who are the reviewers?
- You receive edited and final versions of your reviewed resume. Reviewers have Microsoft Word's "Tracking" feature turned on. Any edits or changes they make will be tracked and highlighted in red.
- You read their feedback summary. Reviewers have a review guide available to help them address all aspects of your resume and offer you a meaningful review and thoughtful feedback.
