FAQ for Reviewers
- Do I have to pay to be a reviewer?
No.
- How much do I get paid?
You get paid $10 for each review you complete (which takes about 20 minutes).
- When do I get paid?
You will be paid every Monday for jobs done in the last 7 days. Very rarely, a customer asks for a refund because they're very dissatisfied with your work. You don't get paid when this happens.
- How many resumes can an active reviewer work on in a day?
You may reserve no more that 5 resumes in day. We do this to maintain the quality of reviews done for our customers. Resumes, once received, are assigned to a pool where you can reserve them on a "first come, first serve" basis.
- How soon will I be able start doing paying reviews?
It takes up to 24 hours to get your profile reviewed (it's usually much sooner). Once your profile gets approved, you may begin reserving resumes right away.
- What kind of software do I need?
You need to have Microsoft Word installed in your computer. As you go through a resume, we ask that you leave Microsoft Word's "Tracking" feature on to mark changes and comments.
- Is PayPal the only way to get paid?
Yes.
- Do I have to be in the United States to get a review done?
Currently we are accepting reviewers only from the United States.
