Who are the reviewers?
- All reviewers are pre-screened. Reviewers are accepted only after they have clearly demonstrated their ability to critique a resume.
- Prior to acceptance, reviewers complete a sample review and provide profile information, including their resume. Their review and feedback summary are evaluated by our screeners, and most of them are filtered out. Those who pass can participate in the resume reviews on our site. Then they get rated by customers, and those with lower ratings get removed. So the quality of our reviewers continually improves.
